This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the subscription services provided by Fincart.io (“Fincart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Fincart.io provides a 30-day Free Trial to all new users to allow for a comprehensive evaluation of our financial reconciliation and automated accounting tools. Because we provide this extended trial period, our refund policy for paid subscriptions is strictly defined as follows:
1. 30-Day Free Trial & Evaluation
We believe in "try before you buy." Every new Merchant is eligible for a 30-day Free Trial of our Services.
The Purpose: The trial period is provided specifically so you can test our features, integrations, and user interface to ensure they meet your business requirements.
Cancellation During Trial: You may cancel your account at any time during the 30-day trial period through your account settings. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be incurred.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
Once the 30-day trial period expires and a paid subscription begins (or once a manual upgrade to a paid plan is confirmed), Fincart.io does not offer refunds. * No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: We do not issue refunds if a user "does not like" the service, finds it difficult to use, or decides they no longer need it after the trial has ended.
Final Sale: All successful subscription payments (Monthly or Annual) are considered final and non-refundable.
Unused Time: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing cycle, even if the account is cancelled immediately after a charge.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You are responsible for managing your subscription.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Fincart.io dashboard or by emailing support@fincart.io.
Timing: To avoid being charged for a subsequent billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date (or before the 30-day trial expires).
Access Post-Cancellation: Following a cancellation, you will typically retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.
4. Billing Errors & Internal Review
In the rare event of a technical billing error (e.g., being charged twice for the same month), you must submit a written request to support@fincart.io within seven (7) days of the charge.
Processing Timelines:
Internal Investigation: Our team will investigate the billing error and provide a resolution within five (5) business days.
Banking Side: If a correction/refund is approved due to a billing error, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks typically take fourteen (14) business days to reflect the funds in your account.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting Fincart.io support is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Any Merchant who initiates a chargeback waives any eligibility for a voluntary resolution. We reserve the right to provide usage logs and proof of the 30-day trial period to your bank to contest the dispute.
