Founded in 2023 by Mostafa Masry and Nihal Ali, Fincart.io was born out of a simple observation: while e-commerce in Egypt and the MENA region is booming, revenue is "leaking" at every stage due to unreliable shipping, fragmented customer support, and stagnant growth strategies.
We saw small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) struggling with failed deliveries that killed their margins and scattered customer conversations that broke trust. We decided to build a fix—not just a tool, but an end-to-end operating system designed to help e-commerce brands sell more, deliver faster, and support better.
Our mission is to unlock revenue for e-commerce merchants by eliminating operational guesswork.
